TERMS OF SERVICE AND REFUND POLICYLast updated: 1 May 2026. The current version is published at
https://tatyanacosmos.com/en/terms1. Parties and acceptance1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between
Studio 1804 FZE LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"), a free zone limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority under license number 4 423 789.01, with registered address at Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and the natural or legal person who purchases services from us (the "Client", "you").
1.2. The Terms apply to all purchases settled in Euro through the Stripe payment system on the website
tatyanacosmos.com (the "Site"). Purchases settled in Russian Rubles are processed by a separate legal entity (Individual Entrepreneur Tatyana Mingalimova, Russia) under a separate Russian-language agreement published at
https://tatyanacosmos.com/oferta and are not governed by these Terms.
1.3. By completing the checkout and paying for a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full and that you are at least 18 years old or, if a legal entity, duly authorised to enter into this agreement.
2. Services2.1. The Company offers the following categories of services, made available on the Site:
(a)
Personal consultations and mentorship — individual one-on-one online sessions delivered via video conferencing, on a one-off basis, in series, or as part of an extended mentorship engagement.
(b)
Digital materials — methodological and informational materials in PDF format, delivered as a download link sent to the Client’s email or made available in the Client’s private member area after payment.
(с)
Subscription access to a private community — access to a closed channel or chat in the Telegram messenger containing the Company’s authored materials, made available to the Client on a recurring (subscription) payment basis.
2.2. The full description, scope, frequency, duration and price of each service are stated on the corresponding product page on the Site, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
2.3. The services are informational and consultative in nature. They do not constitute regulated educational, financial, legal, medical or psychological advice. The Company makes no guarantee that the Client will achieve any specific outcome as a result of using the services.
3. Prices and payment3.1. All prices on the Site are stated in Euro and include any applicable VAT under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
3.2. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase via the Stripe payment system. For services provided on a subscription basis, recurring charges are processed automatically as set out in Clause 4. The Company does not collect, store or have access to your full payment card details; these are processed directly by Stripe under its own terms (
https://stripe.com/legal).
3.3. The transaction is considered completed once Stripe confirms the successful payment. An electronic invoice is issued by the Company and emailed to the Client after the transaction.
4. Delivery of services4.1.
Personal consultations and mentorship. The session (or series of sessions, where applicable) is scheduled by mutual agreement within 14 days of payment, unless the product page states otherwise. Once scheduled, the time slot is reserved exclusively for the Client. The session is deemed delivered at the moment it is held. If the Client fails to attend, is more than 15 minutes late, or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the service in respect of that session is deemed delivered in full. Mentorship engagements purchased for a defined period are deemed delivered in full on the last day of that period, regardless of the number of sessions actually attended by the Client.
4.2.
Digital materials. The download link is emailed to the Client, or access is opened in the Client’s private member area, within 24 hours of payment. The service is deemed delivered at the moment the link is sent or access is opened.
4.3.
Subscription access to a private community. Access to the closed Telegram community is granted within 24 hours of payment by sending a personal invitation link to the Client’s email or by another agreed method.
4.3.1.
Subscription period. The subscription is purchased for the billing period stated on the product page (by default, one (1) calendar month). The period runs from the moment access is granted.
4.3.2.
Auto-renewal. Upon expiry of each billing period, the subscription automatically renews for a further period of the same length, with the subscription fee charged automatically to the payment method used at the initial checkout, until the subscription is cancelled by the Client in accordance with Clause 4.3.4.
4.3.3.
Price changes. The Company may change the subscription price at any time. The Client will be notified of any change by email at least 30 calendar days before the date of the next automatic charge. If the Client does not cancel the subscription before that date, the new price is deemed accepted.
4.3.4.
Cancellation by the Client. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by sending notice to
hello@tatyanacosmos.com or by using any other cancellation method indicated on the product page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access to the community is retained until then. No refund is issued for any portion of a paid period that has not been used.
4.3.5.
Termination by the Company. The Company may terminate access to the closed community if the Client breaches Clauses 6 or 9 of these Terms or any community rules. No refund is issued for the current billing period in such case.
4.4. By completing the purchase, the Client expressly consents to immediate delivery of digital content (digital materials and access to the closed community) and immediate reservation of consultation time slots, and acknowledges that, in accordance with Clause 5 below, no refund will be issued once such delivery, access or reservation has occurred.
5. Refund policyThis refund policy is given in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, which permit a no-refund policy for digital services where it is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
5.1.
All services are non-refundable once delivery has occurred, access to the community has been granted or, in the case of personal consultations, a time slot has been reserved for the Client.
5.2.
Personal consultations and mentorship. Refunds are not provided. The Client may reschedule a scheduled session
once, free of charge, provided that written notice is given to
hello@tatyanacosmos.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this single reschedule, no further reschedule or refund is available. If the Client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, fails to attend, or is more than 15 minutes late, the service in respect of that session is deemed delivered in full.
5.3.
Digital materials. Refunds are not provided. Because access to digital materials is opened immediately after payment and the Client expressly consents to such delivery at checkout, the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery. This rule applies including to cases where the Client has not actually used the materials or has lost interest in them.
5.4.
Subscription access to a private community. Refunds are not provided for any billing period (whether fully used or not). The Client may cancel the subscription at any time in accordance with Clause 4.3.4, after which no further charges will be processed.
5.5. The Company will, however, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis where the Client can demonstrate a material failure by the Company to deliver the service in accordance with these Terms. Such requests must be submitted to
hello@tatyanacosmos.com with the subject "Refund request" and must include: full name, the email used for purchase, date of purchase, amount, name of the service and a clear description of the alleged failure. The Company responds within 10 business days.
6. Intellectual property6.1. All materials provided to the Client (consultation recordings, course videos and texts, PDF materials, methodologies, content of the closed community in Telegram) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
6.2. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client must not: reproduce the materials for distribution, share the invitation link to the closed community or access credentials with third parties, post the materials online, use the materials in their own commercial activities or in services provided to third parties, or build derivative products based on the materials.
6.3. Breach of Clause 6.2 entitles the Company to immediate termination of access without refund and to recover all damages and lost profits resulting from the breach.
7. Liability7.1. The Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or, in the case of a subscription, the amount paid for the current billing period.
7.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or reputation.
7.3. The Company is not liable for the quality of the Client’s internet connection, the operation of third-party services (Stripe, Telegram, video conferencing platforms, the platform hosting the private member area, email providers) or any consequences arising from their unavailability.
7.4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
8. Personal data8.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable to EU-resident Clients, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
8.2. Details of how the Company collects, uses, stores and shares personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy at
https://tatyanacosmos.com/en/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Term and termination; community rules9.1. The agreement enters into force at the moment of payment and remains in force until the service has been delivered in full and the licence to use the materials has expired. For subscription services, the agreement remains in force until cancelled in accordance with Clause 4.3.4.
9.2. The Company may terminate the agreement immediately and without refund if the Client breaches Clauses 6 or 10, engages in abusive conduct toward the Company or its other clients, or attempts to charge back a payment without first contacting the Company in accordance with Clause 5.
9.3. While participating in the closed community, the Client agrees to maintain respectful conduct, refrain from posting promotional content without the Company’s prior approval, refrain from harassment or discriminatory remarks, and respect the confidentiality of other participants. Breach of these rules entitles the Company to terminate access without refund.
10. Acceptable use10.1. The Client must not use the services to engage in any activity that is unlawful in the UAE or in the Client’s country of residence, including but not limited to: harassment of other participants, dissemination of materials that infringe third-party rights, impersonation, attempts to interfere with the technical operation of the Site or the platforms used to deliver the services.
11. Force majeure11.1. Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations to the extent such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, network outages, war or epidemic. If such circumstances continue for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement.
12. Governing law and disputes12.1. These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, initiated by written notice from one party to the other.
12.3. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
12.4. Nothing in this clause restricts a Client who qualifies as a consumer under their country of residence from bringing a claim before a competent court in that country to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms13.1. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the Site. The new version applies to purchases made after its publication date. For subscription services, the new version applies to billing periods starting after the publication date, provided that the Client is notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
